Will someone please enlighten me on what the crap is going on with music nowadays? Is it just me, or I'm I the only one who turns off the radio when retarded songs like "Stanky Leg" and "Lip Bitting Animal" comes on? Then again I know that real hip hop is not played on the radio so i should'nt be quite surprised. But what scares me is that there are actual dances to these songs and if you learn how to do them by looking them up on youtube and studying it for hours, you somehow can all the sudden "dance". Correction #1- Just because you can do one or two stupid little dance crazes that everyone else does out there, does NOT qualify you as someone who can dance. Correction #2- People who believe that this is "real music".....honestly woe betide you; I give my greatest sympathy towards you; for you don't know and will never comprehend the world of great real music. And I love how people interview rappers such as Lil Wayne and Akon on behalf of hiphop, when they themselves represent everything thats wrong with it. And i love how such little talent rappers have nowadays that all they spit about is drugs, clothes, cars and how "i got a bit** named keisha she a real di** pleaser" Can't people be original? Doesn't it ever get old? I got an idea...how about we rap about things that we don't hear every freakin day. Hip Hop was not intended to become this disaster! And I love how people claim to be lovers of hip hop when they don't know who Slick Rick, Run DMC, De La Soul, Afrikka Bambaataa or The Sugarhill Gang are. If you just scratched your head and wondered who they are, your excatly who I'm talking about and maby you should download a couple of albums from them before you can call yourself and true lover of hip hop. AahA! ladies and gentleman, children of all ages gather around...I have found the cure to the infected spread of the dumbing down of society...it's individuality. Who would've thought?
O Hip Hop, O Hip Hop! Wherefore art thou Hip Hop?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I Shall no longer be part of the disgusting evolution of today's "Hip Hop"
